OFFICIAL RULES
By participation and giving of the contribution, you agree to these Official Rules and to the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects.

I. Eligibility: All prizes are offered only in the United States to legal citizens or legal residents of the United States who are at least 18 years old (except as
specified in Item II below). Employees of 3rd Millennium Engineering, LLC or other participating prize provider(s), affiliated and subsidiary companies and
their advertising and promotional agencies and the immediate family (spouse, mother, father, sister, brother, daughter or son, regardless of where they live)
or members of the households of such employees and directors (whether or not related) are not eligible.

II. Compliance With Firearm Regulations: All Federal, State of Kansas, Johnson County, and City of Shawnee laws and regulations apply. BATFE
regulations require that in order to acquire a firearm, the person shall be over 18 years of age, be a legal resident of the State of Kansas*, be a US citizen,
satisfactorily complete and sign BATFE form 4473, and receive a favorable approval of the ATF-approved NICS background check process.
*A firearm may be transferred to another state by using another FFL Licensed Dealer in the winner's state of residence. Said dealer must provide a signed
in ink copy of a valid FFL to 3rd Millennium Engineering, LLC to complete the transfer and the firearm will be shipped in accordance with current regulations.

III. Entry: Tickets may be obtained from a Lodge member or their representative for a donation of $5 (five dollars) each, or 5 (five) for $20 (twenty dollars).
Tickets may be obtained in person, via e-mail or requested by mail. All mailed tickets must be postmarked before midnight on September 01, 2011.
Late entries may not be included in the drawing if they do not arrive in time. All emailed entries must be accompanied by the appropriate PayPal paid
contribution. All mailed entries must include donation. You may enter as many times as you like. All information must be filled out completely and legibly
on each ticket. A minimum of full name and place of residence are required on all winning tickets. Information from online tickets that are mailed in will be
transposed to regular paper tickets to assure uniformity at the drawing.

IV. Date and Location of Drawing: Winner(s) shall be determined at or on 7 PM CST September 17, 2011 The drawing will be held at Shawnee Lodge #54
11109 Johnson Drive Shawnee, Kansas or at an alternate site designated.

V. Drawing: The Winner for the prize(s) will be selected in a random drawing under the supervision of the Worshipful Master of Shawnee Masonic Lodge #54
from all eligible entry tickets received by the end of the promotional period. Limit of 1 (one) prize awarded per person. Entries from this drawing will NOT be
carried over to any subsequent raffles/drawings.

VI. General Conditions: Winners need not be present at the time of the drawing in order to win. Winners will be notified in person or by phone if possible. If
contact is not possible, winners will be sent notification by Registered Mail and shall have 10 (ten) days to respond. If the winner fails to claim any prize after
10 (ten) days, or prize is returned as non-deliverable, or if winner is found not to be eligible or not in compliance with these Official Rules, disqualification
will result and an alternate winner will be selected.

VII. Limitations of Liability: Sponsor is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, and assumes no responsibility for any error, omission,
interruption, deletion, defect, or for any improper use of any prize awarded. Sponsor is not responsible for injury or damage to any person, persons or
property directly or indirectly resulting from this event. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE SPONSOR OR ITS PARENT ORGANIZATION(S), AFFILIATES,
SUBSIDIARIES AND RELATED COMPANIES OR ORGANIZATION, THEIR ADVERTISING OR PROMOTION AGENCIES OR THEIR RESPECTIVE
OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, MEMBERS, EMPLOYEES, REPRESENTATIVES OR AGENTS, BE RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES OR
LOSSES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF ANY PRIZE.
INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANT ABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR
NON-INFRINGEMENT. SOME JURISDICTIONS MAY NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSION OR LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR
CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OR EXCLUSION OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES SO SOME OF THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSIONS MAY NOT
APPLY TO YOU. CHECK YOUR LOCAL LAWS FOR ANY RESTRICTIONS OR LIMITATIONS REGARDING THESE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSIONS.
