Barrel Threading Service for Suppressor, Muzzle Brake or Flash Hider
(muzzle end only — we do not offer chamber threading)
Barrels are threaded concentric to the bore using a single point tool on a metal lathe.

Some threading work may be contracted out to a very experienced 3rd party. However we still can offer a fair price and a fast turnaround time.

Unless you specify otherwise, the above specifications will be used. Be sure to check and verify that the manufacturer's specifications for your muzzle brake, flash hider or suppressor match our standard threading specifications. Also note that flash hider and muzzle brake threading specifications are not the same as suppressor threading specifications in many cases, and they are not always interchangeable. Be sure and let us know if you need custom threading.

Includes threading of barrel, setting back the front sight and a matching thread protector. Standard 1/2" x 28 tpi thread pitch and standard thread length of 0.400"  Barrel can be threaded with the receiver attached — just send barreled receiver.

Rifle Barrel Threading

Includes threading barrel. There is an additional cost of $10.00 for Bull Barrels. Price shown is for threading on a stripped barrel only. If we have to remove and install the upper receiver and the front sight there will be an additional $25 charge. 

  • AR-15 barrels are normally threaded 1/2" x 28 tpi

  • AR-10, LR-308 & Rem 700 barrels are normally threaded 5/8" x 24 tpi

  • No additional charge to shorten and re-crown your barrel.
